Terms of Use
Effective since 2026-08-04. Written to be read — if any part is unclear, that is our fault and we want to know.
1. Who we are and what UGCode does
UGCode is operated by PENDENTE — razão social, registered under Brazilian tax ID PENDENTE — CNPJ, headquartered at PENDENTE — endereço completo.
UGCode connects app brands with content creators. The brand publishes a campaign, the creator records and publishes the video on her account, and UGCode measures views to calculate payment.
UGCode does not produce content, is not an agency and does not represent either party. We are the platform where both meet, the system that measures results and the intermediary that moves the funds.
2. Accounts
There are two account types: brand and creator. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens in your account.
You must be at least 18 to create a creator account. UGCode may reject or close an account that breaches these terms, while paying any amount already verified up to that point.
3. The creator is not our employee
She chooses which campaigns to accept, records where and when she wants with her own equipment, and may work with anyone else, including competitors, unless she expressly accepts a campaign stating otherwise.
The brand's script is content guidance, not a work order. The creator is responsible for her own taxes.
4. How the creator is paid
Each campaign payment has two parts, and the campaign states both amounts:
- Base amount — paid once per campaign on the first verified delivery.
- Bonus per thousand verified views — proportional to what the video actually delivered.
After the brand approves the delivery, a 14-day period begins from the video's publication. During this period UGCode tracks view growth. At the end, the count is frozen and becomes wallet balance.
Views arriving after the freeze do not generate additional payment. This applies to both sides: the brand is not charged for them either.
If the brand neither approves nor rejects within 7 days, the delivery is automatically approved. The brand's absence does not hold the creator's payment.
5. Withdrawal
- Payment by Pix to the key registered by the creator.
- Minimum amount of R$ 100,00 per withdrawal.
- 1 free withdrawal per week. Gold level is entitled to 2 per week.
- A second withdrawal in the same week costs R$ 5,00, deducted from the withdrawn amount.
- An incorrect or third-party Pix key may cause payment to fail. The person registering the key is responsible for it.
6. Which number counts
This number may differ from the platform app: each platform updates its dashboards at a different pace, and public numbers are often rounded. Fractions are rounded down — we never pay for views we cannot verify.
The creator can see every measurement made for each video in her dashboard, including date and time.
7. Authentic content and verification
Buying views, likes, followers or engagement, using automation, bots or any method to inflate numbers is prohibited.
UGCode automatically analyzes each delivery, comparing view behavior with the creator's history and the rest of the campaign team. Out-of-pattern deliveries are reviewed before becoming payable.
Verification takes up to 48 hours. If fraud is confirmed, that delivery is not paid and the amount returns to the brand balance. Repeat offenses may result in account closure.
We do not publish the exact thresholds used in this analysis. Doing so would give a target to those seeking to evade checks and harm honest creators.
8. Video usage rights
The creator remains the author of the video she produced. Authorship is not and cannot be transferred.
By delivering a video in a campaign and having it approved, the creator grants the contracting brand a license to use the video:
- Purpose: promote the brand's app in paid ads and its own channels.
- Territory: worldwide, since social media ads do not respect borders.
- Term: 12 months from delivery approval, unless the campaign expressly states a different term before acceptance.
- Exclusivity: non-exclusive. The creator may continue using her video in her portfolio.
- Transfer: the brand may not resell or sublicense the video to third parties.
The license includes use of the creator's image and voice appearing in the video, strictly within the limits above.
Campaign payment covers both production and this license. When the term ends, the brand must stop running the video.
The creator warrants that the content is original and that she has rights to everything appearing in it, including third-party music and images.
9. How it works for the brand
- The brand deposits the campaign cap before launch. The amount remains in custody.
- Only amounts corresponding to verified views leave custody. Unused balance remains with the brand and may be used for another campaign.
- When the cap is reached, the campaign closes automatically. There is no charge above the deposited amount.
- The brand is responsible for its script requests. False promises, unsupported health claims and anything violating the publishing platform's rules are prohibited.
10. Connected accounts
To measure views, the creator connects her accounts using the platform's own login. UGCode never requests or stores her password.
The authorization allows reading public video metrics: views, likes and comments. UGCode does not publish, access messages or change anything in the account.
The creator may disconnect at any time and access is revoked immediately. Disconnecting during an active campaign may prevent measurement and therefore payment of that delivery's bonus.
11. Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Work already delivered and verified is paid normally, and licenses for approved videos remain valid for the contracted term.
12. Limits of our liability
UGCode does not guarantee campaign results. Content performance depends on factors outside our and the creator's control.
We are not responsible for social platforms' decisions about accounts or content, or for API unavailability. If a platform failure makes measurement impossible, we resolve the case individually, favoring the person who produced the work.
13. Changes to these terms
We notify you by email before any material change. An active campaign remains governed by the version accepted at the time — a rule change does not alter an existing agreement.
14. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of PENDENTE — comarca are elected to resolve disputes, without limiting the consumer's right to use the courts of their own domicile.
