Data deletion

If you only want UGCode to stop reading a platform's metrics, you don't need to delete your entire account.

Sign in to the dashboard, go to Accounts and click Disconnect. Authorization is revoked and the stored token is deleted immediately. There is no waiting period and no request to submit.

Write to PENDENTE — e-mail do encarregado (DPO) from the email registered to your account, with the subject “Data deletion”.

Requesting from your registered email is how we confirm your identity. If you no longer have access to that email, write anyway and we will request another form of verification.

• Complete registration: name, email, phone, city, Pix key.
• Tokens and authorizations for all connected social accounts.
• Portfolio and files you have uploaded.
• Profile visible to brands.
• Notifications and preferences.

Three things cannot be deleted at the same time, and you should know this before requesting:

• Tax records of payments already made — tax law requires retention for 5 years. They are restricted to accounting, without commercial use.
• Videos already delivered and approved in a campaign — the brand received a time-limited usage license, and deleting the record of that license would harm both parties. The video itself is published on your account and belongs to you; you may delete it there whenever you wish.
• The record of which document version you accepted — it is proof of what we agreed, and serves both you and us.

All of this is disconnected from your name whenever technically possible.

Pending balances are paid before deletion. We will notify you and ask you to withdraw first — we do not delete accounts while holding your money.

If a delivery is in its verification period, it is completed and paid normally, and only then is deletion performed.
